Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More materials released as part of the continuing investigative process.
